BINDERS

STYRENE ACRYLIC COPOLYMERS

Styrene acrylic copolymers are APEO-free (alkylphenol ethoxylate-free) binders used in most interior and exterior paints, coatings, two-component cement-based insulation systems, textured finishes (grafiato), quartz protective coatings, moisture-resistant paints, and many other applications. All styrene acrylic copolymer emulsions offer excellent workability, elastic modulus, water resistance, and crack-bridging capabilities.

PURE ACRYLICS

The APEO-free pure acrylic polymer delivers excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance, ensuring outstanding weather durability. It is compatible with most interior and exterior glossy and matte paints, as well as concrete floor coatings and primers.

VAM VEOVA COPOLYMER

VAM VeoVa copolymer emulsion is a high-performance, water-based binder (vinyl acetate/vinyl versatate) widely used in, interior/exterior decorative paints, textured coatings, and primers. It enhances paint durability, providing superior, alkali/water resistance,, , adhesion, and, scrub resistance. Key features include excellent stability, high filler capacity, and, , low dirt pick-up.

VINYL ACRYLIC COPOLYMER

Vinyl acrylic copolymers are water-based emulsion polymers created by combining vinyl acetate with acrylic monomers (often butyl acrylate). These versatile, cost-effective, and low-VOC binders provide superior adhesion, flexibility, and water/alkali resistance, making them ideal for interior/exterior paints, construction adhesives, coatings, and sealants

RHEOLOGY MODIFIERS

Rheology modifiers are key paint additives that control viscosity and flow, preventing sagging and pigment settling while ensuring smooth application. They enhance thickening, leveling, and overall coating performance in both water-based and solvent-borne systems.

ALKYD RESINS

Alkyd resins are oil- or fatty acid-modified polyester materials widely used in primers and varnishes for wood and metal, specialty metal coatings, fast-drying paints, automotive finishes, high-gloss alkyd paints, and road marking applications. By varying the oil length, they provide controlled drying times tailored to specific performance requirements.

OPACIFIER

This opacifier is free from ammonia, formaldehyde, and APEO, and is designed for use in water-based paints and coatings. It partially replaces TiO₂ and conventional fillers, functioning as an ultra-fine inorganic extender that optimizes particle spacing between TiO₂ pigments to enhance opacity and efficiency.

PIGMENTS

TIO2 - TITANIUM DIOXIDE

Titanium dioxide is the industry’s primary pigment, delivering exceptional whiteness, brightness, and superior hiding power.

COLOR PIGMENTS

Color pigments are mainly inorganic pigments derived from iron oxides. Available in a wide range of shades—such as red, black, brown, yellow, orange, green, and blue—they are widely used across various coating and coloring applications.

ADDITIVES

CELLULOSE

Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) is a non-ionic, water-soluble polymer supplied as a white powder. It readily dissolves in hot and cold water, producing clear solutions with viscosities between 5,000 and 30,000 mPa·s. In paint formulations, HEC functions as a thickener and binder, improving flow control, anti-settling performance, slip, workability, stabilization, and overall durability, making it a preferred additive in coating applications.

BIOGENIC CALCIUM CARBONATE

A high-purity, silica-free, renewable biogenic filler for paints, designed to enhance tint strength and hiding power. It meets ASTM D6866 biogenic standards and supports LEED 4.1 compliance for Biobased Content, providing a sustainable, high-performance solution for modern coatings.
